2nd session: FIND YOUR STANDING POINT
Body: legs / feet
Themes: Grounding, being carried, point of view

 

3rd session: FINALLY HANDLABLE
Body: shoulders / arms
Themes: Connecting, taking and giving, boundaries

 

4th session: THE POWER OF SILENCE
Body: pelvis / pelvic floor
Topics: Holding and letting go, control, body center and stillness.

 

Session 5: IN YOUR MIDDLE
Body: Belly
Themes: Feelings, trust, digestion, harmony of thinking, acting and feeling.

 

Session 6: THE POWER OF THE BACK
Body: Back
Themes: Support, strengthening the back, support, sincerity and restraint.

 

7th session: THE LAST FEAST FALLS
Body: neck / head / face, merging head & body.
Themes: Being authentic, being visible, being tangible, being audible, standing by your greatness.

 

8th + 9th session: ON THE WAY TO WHOLENESS.
Body: integration session, body halves / right-left separation.
Themes: Integration, Polarity, Responsibility, Receptivity, Active Creativity.

 

10th Session: INCLUSION WITH THE WORLD
Body: integration session, personal responsibility, world of possibilities.
Themes: Integration, foresight, harmony, resonance, being whole and part of it at the same time

 

*The 8th to 10th sessions are integration sessions. This is about reorientation, rediscovery and experiencing the interconnections of all physical areas, integrating them and implementing them in everyday life.
