Graduated from the OSHOREBALANCING\u00ae Institute, Sudas W. Topp and Amrita Maria Semic Topp, Germany, 510 h., 2007 \u2013 2010. As well as a professional training program for body therapists with Marco Guidon, Doris Guidon, Amrita Volkovskaya, Maya Kerstan (SexualGrounding\u00ae therapists), 130 h., 2010. Tantra training and energy reading with Deva Homa and Mukto, Brazil, 2011 \u2013 2013. Non-Dual Therapy with Nukunu, Denmark, 810 h., 2013 \u2013 2019. Apprenticeship in the Yawanawa tribe, initiation \u2013 shamanism, traditional Amazon forests, Brazil, since 2016. Student of Master Tempeldal, Denmark, since 2023, continuing her path, studies, and spiritual practice to this day.<\/p>\n

Also, over the pasted years, I studied bioenergetics – energy-informational programming, as well as Reiki (2003-2004). I have organized and inspired\u00a0 the Non-Dual Therapy training program and retreats with Nukunu in Ukraine and India. Assisted in therapeutic groups: Primal Therapy, Women\u2019s Training, and Non-Dual Therapy, as well as conducted several personal author\u2019s groups. I worked in the studio for two years, where I held daily meditations and author’s “mystical circle” workshops. I have been conducting individual sessions since 2007. I’m the creator of “Forest Family”.<\/p>\n

I have had the privilege of working, \u00a0living and sharing life with the shamans of Yawanawa tribe multiple times since 2016. Even seemingly\u00a0small and ordinary situations have taught me valuable\u00a0 lessons\u00a0about the magic of the forest. As a direct apprentice, I had multiple trips to the Amazon, being in the depths of the forest for several months in a row. So, starting in 2018, I temporarily moved away from the client\u2019s work and directed most of my attention to work with shamans and to my individual\u00a0practice through sacred diets in shamanism, in the form of asceticism. The internal processes of 2021 brought me back to a long-awaited work with clients and the opportunity to create with you together. See you at the sessions! With love and gratitude, Meera!<\/p>\n

About the name. Meera Bai is my spiritual name, which has been with me for many, many years and is a gift, embracing my whole path from birth.\u00a0Also, years earlier, I received a name from\u00a0a shaman in the Yawanawa tradition, X\u00e3nu P\u00e3n\u00e3, which carries its own lineage and energy. Meera X\u00e3nu P\u00e3n\u00e3.<\/p>\n

Combining leisure, work and study, I travel to India, Brazil, the Amazon forest and other countries every year. Currently live in Denmark. I have been in personal therapy and spiritual path for over 20 years.<\/p>\n
